Hamstring sliders are one of my favorite accessory exercises because of how easy they are to progress/regress.
This video shows a simple example of how you can progress this exercise- working from a double leg curl- through a single leg eccentric- to a full single leg curl.
Not my finest work on the single legger, but if itās easy for you, you can play around with adding weight too!
